The Rape Conceived Are Now Referenced To Gerbils Eating Their Young

Waste2

This is probably going to be one of the hardest things I ever will write. It has been brought to my attention that there are comedians who will use rape as being funny. Rape is horrific and traumatic. It is not something that you joke about. Yesterday, while on Facebook an article in Newsweek showed up. I tried to read it, but could not finish it. The article is very disgusting and sickening. Pure Evil. The article quotes Adrienne Truscott, saying, “….eating an infant conceived by rape, the way gerbils sometimes consume their own babies.”

Talking with my husband late last night about the article, he told me put ten people in a row and let me guess which one was conceived in rape. I would not be able to tell, he said. He also told me that is discrimination.

I was conceived in rape, and I have a very hard time understanding as to why society treats us like trash being crushed in the garbage compactor. What makes us any different? It is all because of the reason of our conception.

I got to thinking about the rape conceived being referenced to gerbils eating their young. I did some research,  Why do Gerbils eat their young? “Gerbils eat their young when a baby gerbil has died, the mother gerbil will eat their young if she feels stressed, and gerbils will eat their young mainly when they feel that the babies are insecure.”

Just sickening having those conceived in rape being referenced to gerbils eating their young. When a woman is raped it would be natural for her to feel stressed but having an abortion will only add more stress. Support the mother and allow that precious baby that God is creating in the womb of the mother to bring healing to the mother.  Since I have been sharing my rape conception story I have come across others who were conceived in rape, and they have the backbone to stand up for the life of the pre-born babies, they are grateful for their life and thankful for their mothers choosing life. The rape conceived are not insecure people. We are people who are firm in what we believe, and that is taking a stand and speaking up for those who have no voice.

For This Cause I Was Born

image

John 18:37 “Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.”

Last night at church my husband testified about this very verse. On the way home I told him I could write on this. As I sit here at my desk in the den writing this, I would like to ask you some questions. Have you ever wondered why you were born? Why God breathed Life into you? Have you ever wondered what plans God has in store for your life?

I have thought about these questions over the years. The older that we get I believe that we think about these things more often. I have always wondered God what is your plan for my life. Well, the plan is unfolding. God’s plan for my life.

No Exceptions

Silence Is Not Golden For The Unborn

 rr-silencegoldencorrected-site

Silence maybe golden at times, but not when it comes to the life of the unborn. Yesterday I had the privilege not to be silent. Yesterday was Labor Day here in the United States. I had the privilege to take part of being at the Maryland Right to Life booth for a few hours. The Maryland Republican Party booth was right next to ours. I was able to meet Rich Douglas, who is running for US Senate. I asked him where he stand on pro-life issues. He is for the exceptions. I had the privilege to share the short version of my conceived in rape story with him. When I told him that my very life could have been taken away from me through an illegal abortion at a planned parenthood clinic, he just looked at me. I pray it makes him think. I also had the opportunity to talk with a young lady who is pro-choice. Shared with her my story and I told her to think about it as she watched the video of a 4D Ultrasound of the baby in the womb. She said she would. I met so many people yesterday most of the responses were positive. So many people thanked me for being there.

My favorite part was seeing the small children come to the table, and I was able to show them the unborn baby at seven weeks in the womb and various stages up to 30 Weeks. I would say can you believe you were that tiny. They would just look at me with amazement.

At towards the end of the day when my relief came I was able to share with them my story and let them know about the responses from the day. He told me that from all over the state they see a more positive outcome.

Over the last few days, I have been thinking that these videos that have been surfacing about planned parenthood dismembering and selling baby body parts are awakening people up. More people want to get involved with the pro-life movement and take a stand for life.

When you speak up and take a stand for the life of the unborn, you see things change. It made me glad yesterday to hear so many stories and seeing people 100 percent pro-life.

It Could Have Been Me

It could have been me

There are many people who were/are conceived in rape, I am one of them. Just recently I found out that my very life could have ended at Planned Parent before abortion became legal, so the emotions have been all over the place.  Last night I watched the recent video in the Planned Parenthood scandal. It was heart-wrenching to watch it. Seeing the baby boy about 20 weeks gestation moving around in what I call the mixing bowl fighting for his life broke my heart. How can anyone do this to the precious lives of pre-born babies that God is creating for a purpose? When are people going to wake up? The recent video has been the hardest for me.  Thinking about that baby boy I am in tears because it could have been me. It could have been anyone of us.

In 1966, Mississippi became the first state to legalize abortion in cases of rape/incest. Why the target of the precious life that God created to bring healing and love? Babies conceived in rape are no different than anyone else. It is not the babies fault.  I know very well why society likes to send the innocent to the slaughter house. The reason is that the rapist can go and rape again. If the criminal is caught, they only get a slap on the wrist. But the baby dies for the crime.

The value of life is no longer valued in our country. Prayer has been taken out of public schools, abortion is rampant in this country, homosexual marriage is now recognized. We have criminals who get honored, and the lives of our military are cast by the wayside by leaders in our country. The lives of animals have more protection and more valued than the life of the unborn. Our country has forgotten God. Our country is headed for socialism where the government has control of everything that we do, what is wrong is now right, and what is right is now wrong.

It is going to take a great shaking to get this country back on its knees. When the shaking happens, I pray that a worldwide revival and the Holy Ghost falls again on this country. Just like the Azusa Street Revival in 1906.

Thank You, Mike Huckabee

Thank You

As I sit here thinking about the way that our world is going, I am thankful for the positive things that I read. Just recently I read an article on Lifesitenews.com by Dustin Siggins.

The article is about Mike Huckabee’s response to CNN’s Dana Bash about the 10-year-old girl in Paraguay who was raped and gave birth to a baby.

There are some good things that Mike Huckabee said. He said, “A 10-year-old girl being raped is horrible,”  “But does it solve a problem by taking the life of an innocent child? And that’s really the issue,” said the former Arkansas governor. “I know people. I worked for a man for several years, James Robison, who was the result of a rape. His mother went to three doctors in Houston, Texas, in 1943, begged doctors to abort the baby. None of them would do it. They all refused. Today, his organization feeds, cares for, and brings living capacity for water to hundreds of thousands of people across the world. That would never have happened, Dana.”

Mike Huckabee also said, “No, it isn’t easy,” Huckabee replied. “And I wouldn’t even pretend that it’s anything other than a terrible tragedy. But let’s not compound the tragedy by taking yet another life. And I always think we sometimes miss the fact that, when an abortion happens, there are two victims.  One is the child. The other is that birth mother, who often will go through extraordinary guilt years later, when she begins to think through the – what happened with the baby, with her.”

While there is much negativity going on in the news and the world today. One of the greatest things that I have heard in a long time is a Presidential Candidate say, “I just come down on the side that life is precious, every life has worth and value.”-Mike Huckabee

When are we as a nation going to realize that every life is valuable? When are we going to stop using rape as an excuse to have an abortion? Just the other day I was sharing my story with someone and told them that my Biological great aunt could have arranged for my birthmother to have an illegal abortion. Their response back to me was I am glad her aunt gave her that option. What they said did not set well with me, and I got sick to my stomach. I have been sharing my rape conception story for a year now, and this was the first time that someone said that to me. It was as if they were saying that I should be dead

We as a nation need to get down on our knees and repent of our wickedness and realize that we are created by God, who sees us valuable. To him we are special, we are loved, we are valuable. I just want to say, Thank you, Mike Huckabee, for standing up and seeing every life is precious and valuable.

Defunding Planned Parenthood

VALUES_Fbk_FoundationForABetterLife

I am sure that many of you are well aware of the two undercover videos that were put out in the last couple of weeks about planned parenthood selling baby body parts. It is sickening. Not only is it sickening but they are doing things that are illegal. With the recent events of this the Senate and Congress are wanting to defund abortion altogether or at least that is what they want you to think.
If you read these bills, you will see that they have the rape/incest exceptions in them. I am appalled by this as well as upset. Once again our Congress and Senate is saying that my life does not have any value and neither to others who were conceived in rape/incest. God created us in his image and to him we are all valuable. The United States has turned her back on the very foundation that it was built upon. The Word of God.

Luke 6:48-49 (KJV) says, ” He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock.  But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.”

It is heartbreaking that our government is not standing for biblical principles. It is sad to say but when will they realize that they are not valuing all life from to natural death. Will they realize it when they stand before God one day and have to give an answer?  I urge Christians that have a backbone stand up for the Value of Life and also take a stand for things that are Biblically Correct not politically correct.

The Power Of Your Testimony

acts420-976x313

If you struggle with wondering if your testimony that you share is changing people. Rest assured it is. When I first started to share my Rape Conception story, I struggled with it. Am I making a difference? The more that I share it, the more I see God at work.  I trust God at all times and Trust that he is changing hearts and minds when I share my story. It is rewarding when you can see it.
I would like to share with you one of those moments. Yesterday on Lifenews.com Facebook page was an article about Mike Huckabee, saying Defunding Planned Parenthood is not enough; We must end Abortion. As I read through the comments, one comment hit me, and I would like to share the conversation with you.

Person: Hey Mike…….have you ever been raped.

Me: I was conceived in rape. My Life matters and so do all the unborn babies who are conceived in rape. We should not have to pay for the crimes of our birth fathers.
Person: Sherry I never thought of that…..thanks for the insight….will do some rethinking.I sent the person the link to my story and told them that I will pray that it will help them.

I prayed for the person, and I waited for the person to respond and this morning I checked to see if there was a response and there was. This is the response; I am glad I got a chance to see the other side of this topic……I will give it some serious thought…..thanks for sharing your story…….it helps me in my thinking, and I do understand your point. And I do think your right. And will pass it on to others……thank you.

God takes difficult situations and turns them around for good. I am so Thankful that God told me to tell and share my Rape Conception story.

Conceived In Rape, But I Am Loved

Dialogue-on-Pro-Life

Ephesians 1:4-6 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

I was born April 16, 1973, and I grew up in a Strong Christian Home and I have an older Brother who is adopted and as I was old enough to understand My Wonderful Parents read to me in the form of a story about The Family that Grew by Florence Rondell. It was a story about being adopted. It was not kept as a secret from me. I was taught to Love the Lord and at the tender young age of 7, I asked Jesus to come into my heart. I always felt that it was special to be adopted twice: by God and also by my parents.

Some of my fond memories as a child were staying late after church because my dad was the secretary-treasurer of the church. My mom taught Sunday School. I also remember sitting around the kitchen table having family devotions and prayer. I remember every Wednesday my mom baking all kinds of goodies in the kitchen because she gave the money from the baked goods to missions.

I was blessed to have had the privilege of attending a Christian school for most of my life.  I accepted Jesus into my heart in a middle of a chapel service at school at the tender young age of seven. A few years later, I was baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of my sins.

My parents made both my brother and I feel loved so for me being adopted did not feel any different. My adoptive family is my family. I can honestly relate with spiritual adoption because I am adopted naturally.

As I grew older like most adoptees, I began to think about who do I look like, where do I get some of my characteristics. I also felt that there was a little piece of my life that I wanted to know. I also wanted to thank my birthmother for choosing life. For many years, I had thought about getting my non-ID information but did not because I did not want to hurt my parents. God has a timetable for everything. The reason I did not request my non-ID Information sooner or search for my birthmother because it was not God’s timing yet.

In January of 2008, I told my Mom and Dad that I was going to get the non-ID information regarding my “closed” adoption. The day finally came when the packet arrived in the mail.  I was nervous and excited all at the same time.  I waited until my husband got home from work to open it.  That evening in January of 2008, I opened the package, and we read it together.  I was amazed as to what I was reading.  As I read about my birthmother having taught children who had cerebral palsy, I felt so proud of her!

The packet did not give very much information about my birthfather other than on one of the pages in big letters it said, “Alleged Father.” That is when I got the feeling that something bad had happened.

After my husband and I finished reading the information, he told me he wanted for us to get to know my birthmother more, inspiring me to search for her.  I called my parents, and I told them that I was going to continue to search for my birthmother. I wrote my birthmother an outreach statement without any names and emailed it to my caseworker.  Several days went by and the days felt more like years.  I continued to pray that God would work the situation out because I wanted to know who she was so I could thank her for choosing life. The day finally came when I received a phone call from my caseworker.  She said she had talked with my birthmother, and that she wanted to have contact with me!  The caseworker told me that before she could give me all of the information, my birthmother wanted me to know the truth:  my birthmother was raped.

The day I heard that I was conceived in rape, I chose not to become angry or bitter about my beginnings, and I chose to love my birthfather.  Why did I choose to love my birthfather who was a rapist?  Because Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins, as well as the sins of my birthfather.  I chose to love him through the love of Jesus Christ.  That day, God also gave to me a heart filled with so much love and compassion for my birthmother for what she’d endured!

It was several weeks later after my birthmother was raped that she discovered she was pregnant.  When she told her mother that she was pregnant, her mother was not thrilled with the turn of events and gave my birthmother three weeks to get out of the house.  Her father had passed away in 1967, and so no one else was there to protect and defend her. She then went to live at a home for unwed mothers, and it was there that my birthmother started her healing process.  The question went through her mind: what am I to do with this baby?  My birthmother had to make a decision.  She had no job, no permanent place to live, was not married, and no support from family. My birthfather, of course, was out of the picture.  In fact, she didn’t even know my birthfather’s name.  Her aunt though had an idea:  she could arrange for her to have an illegal abortion with a doctor in Michigan (this was before Roe V Wade.) that would come to the state that my birthmother lived in and perform the abortion at a planned parenthood clinic. However, my birthmother knew that there was life growing inside of her womb –Life given by God and a gift from God.  My birthmother said her favorite verse is Jeremiah 29:11:  “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”  She did not want to disrupt the plans that God had for the tiny life who was growing inside of her.  When she decided to place me for adoption, her one request to the social worker was that her baby be placed in a strong Christian home. I am also truly grateful for the way that my birthmother loved me.  What she did was an act of pure love, and I am so thankful that I was able to be a gift to my Mom and Dad.

When I was born, my birthmother had some complications.  We both remained in the hospital for a week before she went home, and I was released to my foster parent’s house.  God blessed my birthmother with one week to love, care for and hold her baby girl she’d named Rebecca Ann.  My birthmother and I were released from the hospital on the same day, and she said she then placed me into the hands of God.

masterpiece3

When I got in contact with my birthmother, she told me, “I have always loved you, and you were the beginning of my healing process.”  She also said what a lot of people don’t realize – that the baby who is conceived out of rape becomes a strong healing force in the situation.  Why?  Because out of something horrific and traumatic comes a precious human being, and the Giver of Life brings healing to the one who suffered. The day I received the information from my caseworker that my birthmother wanted to meet me, a feeling of completeness came over me, as well as a great love which I have for my birthmother.

I sent my birthmother an email the night of Feb 5th, 2008.  In the morning, I checked my inbox and was excited to see that I had an email from her which included a picture of her and her family.  I have a half-brother and a step-sister.  We exchanged further emails, and I called her and we chatted for a bit.  It was a relief to know we were on the same page.  She said, “Okay we need to talk about when we can meet.”  My parents and my husband know me well, and that is the exact way that I would have said it!  So we worked it out, and we had the day set for May 21st & 22nd, 2008, as I was going to be home to spend some time with my parents for a vacation.

After almost 35 years, the day finally came that my mom, my dad, my husband and I got to meet my birthmother and half-brother.  We met them at the hotel where we were staying, sat by the pool chatting, then went to a nice dinner. My birthmother had my half-brother pray over the food. Well, he prayed and he also thanked God for the reunion between his mom and her daughter.  I about cried because of the immense joy I felt at that moment. After dinner, we went to her house, and I got to see pictures of her when she was younger, and I looked so much like her!  It was surreal.  Genetics are wild. The next day was pleasant as well, spending the afternoon with her, touring her hometown, looking at more photos.  She gave me a picture to keep, as well as a copy of the family lineage, which is so precious to have!  I felt so blessed to spend time with her like that.  I told her I felt I have met an older sister.  My birthmother is a special friend to me, and I thank God for allowing me to have contact with her; and also for allowing me learn more about myself.

Yes, my biological great aunt wanted me to be aborted, but my birthmother chose life, and I was protected by law from an illegal abortion.  God was faithful to my birthmother’s prayer:  I was raised in a wonderful Christian home where faith was taught, and it was real.

My husband was reading a book by TD Jakes titled “Reposition Yourself Living life without limits”. One of the things that this book mentions is “We often meet someone who reveals a new piece of the puzzle of who we are.” That is so true. The year before I met my birthmother, my husband met a half-sister he never knew about for the first time and a cousin for the first time.

52 I Am Greatly Blessed, Highly Favored And Deeply Loved

I think if my story would have been different and I wouldn’t have met my wonderful husband and I wouldn’t have met the wonderful people that have been a part of my life down through the years.I am grateful to God for the family he gave me, a loving husband who I adore so much, and the tight-knit church family that he gave me. I wouldn’t want it any other way.

I was conceived in rape, but I am loved.

What It Means To Be Pro-Life

before-i-formed-you-in-the-womb-i-knew-you

What does it mean to be Pro-Life? That should be an easy answer, but apparently it’s not for many people in Society. Even in the Pro-Life movement it is not an easy answer.

Yesterday the 20-week pain capable ban was introduced in the United States Senate. Truthfully, once again I am infuriated and appalled with how our leaders value life.

Reading an article today on Lifesitenews.com by Dustin Siggins. GOP Presidental Candidate Lindsey Gram, a Republican Senator from South Carolina, introduced the bill.  During a Press Conference, Senator Gram said that he would save late-term unborn children in a “fair way.”  Senator Gram has always had exceptions for rape, incest and life of the mother. He went on to say that in the situation of rape, He was going to leave that to the family, to the mother. Also in the article it mentions that Susan B. Anthony List president Marjorie Dannenfelser, mentions that with the rape exception in the bill they found their sweet spot. Thinking about what Senator Gram said about saving unborn children in a “fair way”.  When you say, something like Senator Gram said, that should be meaning you treat them all the same. That is what being fair is. You should not leave anyone out. Some of the other thoughts that I have when I read the article is when Marjorie Dannenfelser mention the sweet spot. What went through my mind is Really? Since when did rape conceived babies and babies conceived in incest become candy shop of the Pro-Life Movement.

Reading about what Senator Gram said during the Press Conference about leaving the situation of rape to the family, to the mother.  Does he even know what can happen when you leave it to the family?  I have read the stories of where women tell their families that they were raped. Their families don’t believe them and will take them to have a force abortion.  Not that long ago on Lifesitenews.com I read an article where a family beat the 14-year-old to force an abortion. She did miscarry, and they grilled the baby’s body. These are the types of things that go on.
When you have the exceptions for rape and incest, it is saying that babies conceived in rape and incest their lives are worthless and not of value. It is dehumanizing a group of people. Ever since 1966 when the state of Mississippi legalized abortion only in cases of rape and incest, babies conceived in rape and incest have been the target. These precious babies have been thrown under the bus, been left in the burning building, and now their the candy shop of the Pro-Life Movement. The Pro-Life Movement says they want to save the unborn, but they continue to leave a group out.  Let me say it this way. The Pro-Life movement does not like those conceived in rape/incest. Whenever there are Pro-Life Bills being voted on and when those conceived in rape/incest speak up they are silenced. It is very disrespectful and humiliating to silence those that are conceived in rape/incest when they are speaking up for those who can’t speak for themselves.

Will the Pro-Life movement ever change and no longer have exceptions in their bills? I really don’t know, but what I do know is that there are many women who have been raped and their children are speaking up and saying enough is enough. They are taking a stand against the shame that has been placed on them.

So what does it mean to be Pro-Life?  Let me first share my personal story.  I was conceived in rape, and my birth mother chose life for me and made the selfless decision and placed me for adoption. I also had a biological great-aunt who could have arranged for my birth mother to have an illegal abortion. I am thankful that I also had the law to protect me. Since I was conceived in rape, should I be the one that had to pay for the crime that my birth father did? I don’t think I should be the one.  God is the creator of life and the taker of life.  Jeremiah 1:5 (NIV) “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”  Psalms 139:15 My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Since God knew me before I was formed in the womb of my birth mother. Would you think that God knew how my conception would come to be before he even created me? I know he did.

Being Pro-Life means that every life is respected and valued. It is to be held at the highest esteem that there is. Being Pro-Life is knowing that conception of the unborn baby does not matter. Let me say that if people are doing things against the Word of God that falls on them. The unborn baby is innocent.  Being Pro-Life means you know that God is the Creator of Life and that God is the only one that has the right to take life. Being Pro-Life also means making sure that every life is protected. Being Pro-Life is also giving respect to the mothers who were raped and their children.

In our Declaration of Independence it says that All men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain Unalienable Rights and those also consist of the Right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

17 Years Old And Received A Prophetic Word

message-from-god

At the age of 17 years old at my home church in Minneapolis, MN I was praying at the Altar and someone prayed for me and told me that God was going to use me greatly to help birth many new babies into his kingdom. At that time, I did not really understand what that meant, and I did not know anything about knowing I was conceived in rape and saved from an illegal abortion.

God has a timetable for everything. I did not find out about that until many years later. I never shared the story with anyone until last August when God opened the door for me to start sharing it. I have shared it and people have seen it all over the world, and it has hit a few websites not that long ago.

I remember my Pastor telling me not that long ago this is going to get big. I believe it.  Lately, I felt to have it translated into another language. God has opened the door for me to have it translated into Spanish.

Once it is translated, I am sure that it will hit websites in Spanish.

Over the last couple of days, God has been really giving me a burden for the country of Africa. I know that rape is accepted over there and it sad. I won’t really know as to where that is going to go until I talk with my Pastor, who has been over to Africa. I also know that there is someone over in Africa who has told me that it’s now my time. I believe it.

I know what I am doing is only going to get bigger, and that prophetic word that I was given at the age of 17 is coming true.
